A leading global investment bank is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their special accounting team to support their new businesses, European consolidation, accounting and disclosure for special purpose vehicles and non-trading entity control. You will be involved in monthly financial statements for UK holding companies in addition to coordinating and controlling UK group structure issues, creation and control of new entities, liquidation of dormant entities and UK group reorganisations. You will be a fully qualified ACA or ACCA with 2 years experience and have a good knowledge of UK GAAP with experience in consolidations and preparation of UK statutory accounts.
